Here I’m sharing with you the recipe of a traditional dish called Dolma (or Tolma): grape leaves stuffed with meat, rice and greens.

The dish is typical of other countries as well, being historically spread in the Mediterranean, Caucasus and Middle East areas.

Some people like to garnish it with quinces or other fruits in order to give it a special taste. Dolma is eaten during special occasions as well as a daily meal.

Many recipes for dolmas exist. Every family has its own. However the main ingredients and the preparation are not so different: learn here how to make it!

STEP 1: in a bowl mix rice, grounded meat, salt, pepper, sour cream, preferred greens.

STEP 2: stir everything together and prepare small quantities to later stuff the grape leaves.

STEP 3: stuff the grape leaves - everyone has their own special secret hand technique to do it - with the mix and roll them.
